门洞对爆炸塔结构受力影响研究

         

摘要

介绍了爆炸塔结构的设计步骤,引出了作用在墙面上等效静荷载的确定方法,在此基础上用有限元分析软件SAP2000建立有无门洞的爆炸塔两个分析模型,通过施加荷载对其受力情况及极限破坏情况进行分析,结果表明:5 kgTNT当量的爆炸塔,门洞对爆炸塔的整体刚度影响不明显,爆炸塔在门洞处的变形很大;相比不带门洞的爆炸塔,带门洞的爆炸塔门洞处径向拉应力较大,爆炸塔门洞上侧环向拉压应力也较大,所能承受的径向荷载小于不带门洞的爆炸塔,5 kg TNT当量爆炸塔理论上可以承受约8 kg TNT爆炸荷载.%The steps of designing an explosion tower was firstly introduced,and then the method of determining the average load effect on the wall was brought forward,based on which two analytical models of the explosion tower with / without an opening door were established by way of SAP2000.Under the condition of load application,the stress and ultimate damage was analyzed.Results show:an opening door imposes very less impact to the integral rigidity of an explosion tower equivalent to 5 kg TNT,which transforms very much around the opening door;compared with an explosion tower without an opening door,the one with it has more radial tensile stress around the door,and the circumferential tensile stress above the opening door is also quite strong,therefore its radial load is less than an explosion tower without an opening door.An explo sion tower equivalent to 5 kg TNT can withstand about 8 kg TNT exploded load theoretically.
