腹腔镜与传统开腹术治疗老年胃十二指肠穿孔的疗效比较

Objectives To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation and traditional open surgery in the treatment of elderly gastric and duodenal perforation.Methods Randomly divided into a control group of 28 cases, 28 cases of experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional open operation, and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic treatment to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in cure rate between the two groups, the operation time, hospitalization time, blood loss, and the time of bleeding in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group and the incidence of infection and the incidence of complications were lower than those in con-trol group, P<0.05.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery for gastric and duodenal perforation in the elderly has less operation time, quick recovery and low infection rate.%目的：探讨经腹腔镜术式与传统开腹术在老年胃十二指肠穿孔治疗的临床效果。方法将56例老年胃肠穿孔患者随机分为对照组28例，试验组28例，对照组行传统开腹手术治疗，试验组行腹腔镜治疗，比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、排气时间、治愈率、感染发生率、并发症发生率。结果两组患者治愈率无显著差别，试验组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、排气时间低于对照组，P＜0．05，感染发生率、并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0．05。结论腹腔镜较开腹术对老年胃十二指肠穿孔具有手术时间少、恢复快、感染率低等优势，安全可行，值得临床推广。
