目的：探讨脑卒中高危人群“治未病”管理模式下中医健康教育干预效果。方法筛选200例脑卒中高危人群患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组接受常规健康教育，观察组接受“治未病”管理模式下中医健康教育干预。一年后对两组患者行健康管理显效情况进行比较。结果观察组健康管理显效情况明显优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论“治未病”管理模式下中医健康教育干预能促进脑卒中高危人群增强健康管理意识，降低心脑血管事件发生风险。%Objectives To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine health education in the management mode of “treating disease”in high risk group of patients with stroke .Methods Screening 200 patients with high risk of stroke pa-tients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , the control group received routine health education , the ob-servation group received the“rule of disease”management mode of traditional Chinese medicine health education intervention .A year after the two groups of patients with health management markedly effective .Results The health management of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Under the management mode of“treating disease”, TCM health education intervention can promote the health management awareness and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in high risk population of cerebral apoplexy .
