For one thing,Brecht absorbed,referenced and developed Chinese traditional opera from playwriting, performing system,tableaux and audience reception. For another,Chinese opera was creatively misread by Brecht,there is essential difference between Chinese traditional opera and western drama since they belong to different culture background.
