作为新兴市场国家的代表，中国和巴西在相似的国家利益诉求下增进了合作，扩大了影响，取得明显成效。但同时，两国也在诸如经贸往来、外交理念等领域存在分歧。两国如何能够在互利共赢的同时减少摩擦，成为近年来研究的重点。基于央地关系，可以构建起两国在国内政治和国际政治领域的不同身份。通过考察中巴各自的双重身份，有助于分析两国在不同层次上的互动关系，从而优化外交方略的制定，达到对外交往的目的。%As representatives of new market economy, China and Brazil promoted cooperation, enhanced influence and scored notable achievement on similar pursuit for national interests. Nonetheless, the two countries diverge greatly in economic and trade interaction and diplomatic ideologies. How to ensure mu-tual benefit while minimizing conflicts has been the research focus in recent years. The different identities can be constructed in the realms of national as well as international politics from the perspective of central-subnational relationship. Viewing the double identities is conducive to analyze the interaction of two countries at different levels, so as to optimize the formulation of diplomatic strategies and fulfill the goals of diplomatic affairs.
