为研究核糖体蛋白在橡胶树逆境响应中的作用机制,从巴西橡胶树品种热研7-33-97叶片中克隆了核糖体HbRPL14基因,并进行HbRPL14蛋白的生物信息学分析及HbRPL14基因的表达分析。结果表明:其编码蛋白含有特征性核糖体_L14家族结构域,该基因在橡胶树胶乳、花和叶片中表达,但在树皮中不表达。采用荧光定量分析技术证明干旱、机械伤害和白粉菌侵染均显著上调Hb RPL14基因表达,表明核糖体Hb RPL14基因受逆境调控,通过提高核糖体蛋白合成水平,参与橡胶树对干旱、机械伤害和白粉菌侵染的响应。%In order to study the mechanism of ribosomal protein of rubber tree in stress response,HbRPL14 gene was cloned from leaves of the rubber tree CATAS7 -33 -97 ,characteristics of bioinformatics and gene ex-pression were analyzed.Tissue analysis showed that its coding area contained specific Ribosomal_L14 superfamily domain.The expression was highest in latex,flower and leaf,while not expressed in bark.Q -PCR analysis showed that drought,mechanical wounding and powdery mildew infection up-regulated HbRPL14 expression at sig-nificantly levels.These suggested that HbRPL14 was inducted by stress environment,through increase the riboso-mal protein synthesis level,play roles in physiological and molecular stress resistance in rubber tree.
