矮壮素对一年两收巨峰葡萄新梢生长的影响

         

摘要

研究矮壮素对巨峰葡萄新梢生长影响,为巨峰葡萄一年两收栽培提供技术指导.以6年生棚架式一年两收栽培巨峰葡萄为试材,在葡萄萌芽两周用体积比为300倍矮壮素进行喷施1次和两次处理,以清水作为对照,分析矮壮素及其不同喷施次数对巨峰葡萄旺枝新梢长度、2 cm以上新梢节数、第6节新梢粗度以及第6、8、10节节间距影响.喷施矮壮素3周后,显著地抑制了巨峰葡萄新梢生长,到第4周时与对照相比抑制作用达到极显著水平;喷施矮壮素能显著抑制巨峰葡萄新梢节数增加,但对第6节新梢粗度影响不明显;矮壮素对巨峰葡萄第6、8节节间距没有明显影响,但对第10节节间生长抑制作用在喷施两周后达到显著水平.矮壮素能够抑制巨峰葡萄旺枝新梢生长速度,且对新梢生长点抑制效显著.对长势过旺巨峰葡萄新梢喷施矮壮素,能够抑制葡萄营养生长,减少新梢摘心人工成本,是优质、丰产一年两收巨峰葡萄栽培有效措施,可在生产中推广应用.%[Objective]The experiment was conducted to study the effect of chlormequat chloride (CCC) on the growth of new shoots of Kyoho grapevine in order to provide technical guidance for one-year-two-harvest cultivation of Kyoho grapevine. [Method]The 6-year-old Kyoho grapevine which is used to cultivate two crops per year with pergola, was used to observe the effects of CCC (300 times dilution) spraying (once and twice), and water was used as the control. The length of strong new shoots, number of node in new shoots (above 2 cm), diameter of 6lh node and length of 6lh, 8lh and 10 lh in-ternodes were investigated. [ Result ]Spray of CCC significantly inhibited the growth rate of new shoots at 3 rd week after treatment. The inhibitory effects of CCC spray on growth rate were more pronounced at 4lh week after treatment, compared to control. Spray of CCC significantly inhibited the increase in number of nodes in new shoots, while diameter of 6"" node of new shoots was not affected significantly. The length of 6lh and 8 th intemode was little affected in CCC treated plants. However, the length of 10th internode was significantly inhibited after 2 weeks of CCC treatment. [Conclusion]Spray of CCC showed significant inhibitory effects on the growth of strong new shoots of Kyoho grapevine, especially the growing point of new shoots. It may be concluded from the results that CCC could control the vegetative growth of fast growing Kyoho grapevine and reduce the labor cost. It is an effective measure to obtain high quality and yield of Kyoho grapevine harvested two times a year. It may be recommended for commercial production of Kyoho grapevine.
