PURPOSE: A method for determining harvest maturity of Kyoho grape based on sweetness and acidity is provided to obtain the Kyoho grape of high quality.;CONSTITUTION: A method for determining harvest maturity of Kyoho grape relates to sweetness and acidity measured from the Kyoho grape. The method comprises a step of standardizing a product quality range of the sweetness and acidity. The growth stage of the Kyoho grape comprises: a first stage comprising a range of 4.3-5.1 of sweetness; a second stage comprising a range of 7.5-8.3 of sweetness; a third stage comprising a range of 4.3-5.1 of sweetness; a fourth stage comprising a range of 10.2-11.0; a fifth stage comprising a range of 12.4-13.2; a sixth stage comprising a range of 14.3-16.0; a seventh stage comprising a range of 16.1-17.9; an eight stage comprising a range of 18.0-18.5; a ninth stage comprising a range of 18.6-19.0; and a tenth stage comprising a range of 19.1-19.6.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
