信宜怀乡鸡C品系第3世代产蛋率和累计产蛋数曲线拟合分析

         

摘要

[目的]探讨信宜怀乡鸡C品系(颈部有圈浅黄色羽毛)第3世代产蛋率和产蛋量的变化规律,为提高怀乡鸡产蛋性能提供科学参考.[方法]统计信宜怀乡鸡C品系第3世代19~52周龄的产蛋率和累计产蛋数,采用伍德、杨宁、分室和三次方程4种模型对产蛋率进行拟合分析,采用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型对累计产蛋数进行拟合分析,计算各模型的参数值和拟合度(R2).[结果]杨宁模型R2最高(0.988),其次是分室模型(0.976),伍德模型和三次方程R2稍低,分别为0.833和0.733;Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy3种累计产蛋数模型R2分别为0.988、0.995和0.998;杨宁模型的最高产蛋率为73.85%,与实际观测值(73.66%)最接近;Von Bertalanffy模型的极限产蛋数为128.96,相对于Logistic和Gompertz模型(分别为125.56和127.88),与实际观测值(131.62)最接近.[结论]杨宁模型和Von Bertalanff模型分别对信宜怀乡鸡C品系第3世代产蛋率和累计产蛋数拟合效果最佳,可用于信宜怀乡鸡产蛋规律的估计和预测.%[Objective]The present study investigated the change rule of laying rate and egg production of the third generation of Xinyi Huaixiang chicken C strain(light yellow feather circled around the neck),in order to provide scientific reference for improving laying performance of Huaixiang chicken.[Method] Laying rate and total egg number of the third generation of Xinyi Huaixiang chicken C strain at 19-52 week age were collected.Four models,namely Wood,YangNing,McMillan and cubic equation,were adopted to fitting analysis on laying rate;and Logistic,Von Bertalanffy and Compertz were employed in fitting analysis on total egg number.The parameters and fitting degree(R2) of these models were calculated.[Result]R2 of Yang-Ning was the highest(0.988),followed by McMillan(0.976),Wood(0.833) and cubic equation (0.733).R2 of Logistic,Compertz and Von Bertalanffy for total egg number was 0.988,0.995 and 0.998 respectively.In Yang-Ning,the highest laying rate was 73.85%,which was the closest to the observed value(73.66%).In Von Bertalanffy,the maximum egg production was 128.96,which was the closest to the observed value (131.62) compared to the values of Logistic (125.56) and Gompertz (127.88).[Conclusion]Yang-Ning and Von Bertalanffy have the optimum fitting effects on laying rate and total egg number of the third generation of Xinyi Huaixiang chicken C strain,which can be used for prediction of laying rate and egg production of Xinyi Huaixiang chickens.
