本文主要针对普通高校学生体育教育效果评价的问题,考虑到实施"大标准"的利弊因素,建立了一个既能客观评价学生的体育教育效果,又能激发学生体育锻炼积极性的"普指标"。"普指标"的实施将促进学校的素质教育,符合学生现阶段的身心健康,有利于学生的终身体育和终身健康。%A study of the practice of the "General Standard" in evaluating results of physical e-ducation in colleges and universities prompts us to suggest establishing a "general requirement" that can beused to objectively evaluate results of physical education and at the same time bring students' initiative intofull play in sports, which will also be beneficial for the whole life of students.
