跟骨关节内骨折的手术治疗

摘要

Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 32 cases of open reduction and internal fixation of intra- articular calcaneal fractures of 40 feet was performed fiom January 2000 to December 2009 with. According to Sanders classification, it turned out Ⅱ -type 20 foot, Ⅲ in 14 feet, IV type 6 feet, and then clinical efficacy was assessed.Results: The resuhs were followed up for 9 to 24 months, averaging 20 months. The effects of treatment were evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score: excellent in 21 feet,good in 12 feet,fairly good in 5 feet,poor in 2 feet,the total rate being good to excellent was 82.5 ％. Conclusion: Open reduction and internal fixation of intra- articular calcaneal fractures is beneficial to early exercise and in turn to get better clinical efficacy.%目的:评价切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析我科2000年1月至2009年12月采用切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折32例患者(40足)的临床资料.根据Sanders分型:Ⅱ型20足,Ⅲ型14足,Ⅳ型6足.总结评定其临床疗效.结果:随访9～24个月,平均20个月,根据Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能:优21足,良12足,可5足,差2足,优良率82.5%.结论:采用切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折,有利于早期功能锻炼,可获得较理想的临床疗效.
