爆发性1型糖尿病1例临床分析并文献复习

摘要

爆发性1型糖尿病为近年发现的1型糖尿病的新亚型，临床较少见，其特点为急性起病，病情凶险，胰岛β细胞功能短时间内严重破坏，预后极差，病死率较高。目前该病的病因及发病机制不详，可能与遗传、环境、自身免疫等多种因素有关。作者就救治1例爆发性1型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行分析，以期引起临床工作者重视，避免误诊。%Fulminant type 1 diabetes, seldom occurring in clinic , is the subtype of type 1 diabetes discovered in recent years .Its features are rapid onset , dangerous condition , severe destruction to the pancreatic islet βcell functions in short time , severe prognosis , considerable mortality .Its causes and pathogenesis are unclear recently , probably related to multi-factors such as heredity , environment , autoimmunity etc .This article analyzes the therapy of a case of fulminant type 1 diabetes in order to evoke other doctors to avoid diagnostic errors .
