目的:探讨大气中主要气态污染物二氧化硫( SO2)和二氧化氮( NO2)对苏南某市居民心脏病日死亡数的影响。方法:采用时间序列半参数广义相加模型分析气态污染物浓度与居民心脏病日死亡的关系。结果:SO2和NO2对居民心脏病日死亡数有一定影响。 SO2和NO2浓度每增加10μg· m-3,居民心脏病日死亡数分别增加1.73%和1.75%。 SO2浓度每升高10μg· m-3,高血压性心脏病日死亡数增加3.85%。双模型结果显示NO2是心脏病日死亡数的独立危险因素。结论:大气污染物中SO2和NO2浓度与居民心脏病日死亡数存在一定的相关性。%Objective:To investigate the effect of SO 2 ,NO2 on daily mortality of heart disease in a city of South Jiangsu .Methods:The relationship between concentration of air pollutants and daily mortality of heart disease was analyzed by the time series semi-parametric generalized additive model ( GAM) .Results:SO2 and NO2 had certain effect on daily mortality of heart disease .SO2 and NO2 increased 10 μg· m-3 ,the daily mortality of heart disease increased 1.73% and 1.75% respectively.SO2 increased 10 μg · m-3 , daily mortality of hypertensive heart disease increased 3.85%.In a bi-pollutant model ,NO2 was an independent risk factor of daily mortality of heart disease.Conclusion:SO2 and NO2 are associated with daily mortality of heart disease .
