基于轨迹球交互测量的固体火箭发动机缺陷体空间距离精确测量技术研究

         

摘要

" Needle puncturing" interactive measurement was researched. The characteristics and disadvantages of this method were analyzed, and according to the characteristics of the 3D volume data of solid rocket motor and the need of fault diagnosis, a new interactive 3D measurement method based on volume rendering was established. The 3D image model of solid rocket motor was measured with the "needle puncturing" interactive method and trace ball interactive method respectively. Through the contrastive verification experiment of simulate motor,it shows that the length and depth of the defects can be measured with the new method intuitively and the new method can improve the measurement accuracy,so the detection precision is reliable and the results can provide inputs to the fault diagnosis of solid rocket motor.%研究了针刺式交互测量技术,分析了该技术的特点与不足,根据固体火箭发动机三维体数据场的特点及故障诊断的需求,提出了基于体绘制的轨迹球交互测量方法,并分别对获取的固体火箭发动机ICT图像模型进行了针刺式交互测量与轨迹球交互测量实验.实验结果表明,轨迹球测量方法能够直观地测量到固体火箭发动机ICT三维图像中缺陷的长度、深度等信息,能够提高测量精度,可为固体火箭发动机故障诊断提供相应依据.
