经济犯罪与经济纠纷差异性探讨

with the rapid development of market economy, the number of economic crime and economic disputes is increasing, accurately distinguish this two which has important significance to maintain economic order and guarantee the subject freedom.At present, a lot of judicial interpretation and theoretical research is to explore the limits of both in a sin, there is little discourse from the macroscopic perspective.Comparison, the author try to compare the differences between them as the point of contact, comparatively analyse the differences between the economic crime and economic disputes , hope to get a glimpse of the boundary of both from the macro level.%随着市场经济的快速发展,经济犯罪与经济纠纷的数量也与日俱增,准确区分二者对维护经济秩序与保障主体自由有重要意义.目前,司法解释与理论研究多是在个罪中探讨二者界限,鲜有从宏观角度进行的论述.对此,笔者尝试以比较二者之间的差异性为切入点,对经济犯罪与经济纠纷之间的差异性进行比较分析,希望能从宏观层面窥见二者的边界.
