职业文化:国有企业文化建设新思路

             

摘要

当前社会变革引发员工的文化迁移,应培育良好的职业文化,促进国有企业改革发展转型.要建立职业文化培训教育机制,普及和强化职业人意识;培育契约精神、规则意识和团队意识;尊重员工客观需求,淡化口号;打通员工成长通道,成就希望;坚持推进机制改革,破除弊制;党管文化转型落地,去虚无化.%The current social and cultural changes have caused cultural transfer among employees, which requires the development of a good professional culture to promote the transformation of state-owned enterprises in the reform and development process. Efforts should be made to establish a mechanism for professional culture training and education to popularize and strengthen employees' consciousness as professionals; cultivate the spirit of contract and the awareness of rules and team spirit; respect the objective needs of employees and minimize the role of slogans; open up channels for staff development to help them realize their dreams; persist in promoting institutional reform and get rid of harmful systems; and carry out transformation to Party's supervision of culture to steer away from superficial practices.
