销售企业重组改制的法律思考

结合销售企业中外合资公司多年来运营实践，分析中石化销售公司重组改制过程中公司治理、经营管理等方面可能面临的新问题，从法律角度对构建新销售公司的公司治理和体制机制提出有针对性的建议。%Based on the operations of joint ventures established by sales enterprises, the paper addresses the new problems in corporate governance and management that may confront SINOPEC’s sales companies during the restructuring and reorganizing process, and proposes specific suggestions from the legal perspective for newly established sales companies on the development of proper corporate governance and mechanisms.
