棉用活性染料对真丝绸染色的工艺研究

通过对染色时间、温度,促染剂及其用量,碱剂及其用量等因素分析,优化了真丝绸的染色工艺,提高了染料的上染率和色牢度,降低了染料和盐碱的用量,减少了废液中染料及盐碱的残留,使染色工艺更符合环保要求:新工艺简单方便,成本低廉.%In order to improve the dyeing rate and fixing rate of reactive dyestuff on silk fabric, some factors were analyzed in this paper, such as the dyeing time, temperature, accelerant, alkaline agent, etc. The dyeing process and dyeing technique were also optimized. Both the dyeing amount and the residual quantity in the waste water of dyestuff, salt and alkali decreased. It was environmental, convenient and cost lower.
