含氟硅氧烷改性有机硅聚合物对蚕丝织物的表面改性研究

     

摘要

采用阴离子开环聚合与硅氢加成反应,制得一系列含氟硅氧烷改性有机硅聚合物,并将乳化后的聚合物对蚕丝织物进行整理.结果表明,硅氢加成反应得到的聚合物反应完全,为试验设计的目标产物.经含氟硅氧烷改性有机硅聚合物处理过的蚕丝织物的拒水效果有明显改善,其水接触角较原样有明显增大;整理所得蚕丝织物的拒水效果与接枝共聚物的分子结构有显著关联,不合氟的聚醚改性有机硅聚合物对蚕丝织物的表面疏水性有所提高,但其水接触角小于侧链含氟硅链段的接枝共聚物整理的蚕丝织物,而且氟硅侧链聚合度越大,其表面水接触角越大.%This paper prepares a series of fluorine-containing siloxane modified organosilicon polymer by using anionic ring opening polymerization and hydrosilylation and processes silk fabrics with emulsifying polymer. The result shows that the polymer obtained by hydrosilylation has complete response and is the target product of experimental design. The water-repellancy effect of silk fabrics processed with fluorine-containing siloxane modified organosilicon polymer improves significantly and its water contact angle increases compared to the original sample; the water-repellancy effect of silk fabrics after treatment has significant relation with the molecular structure of grafted copolymer; fluoride-free polyether modified organosilicon polymer improves the surface hydrophobicity of silk fabrics, but its water contact angle is smaller than that of silk fabrics treated with grafted copolymer of side chain fluorine-containing silicon segment. The higher the degree of polymerization of fluorine silicon side chain, the larger the surface water contact angle.
