Low-acidity nitrogen sealing, pressurization and heating were used to extract plant dyes from dyed silk fabrics, and the main effective constituents of dyes were identified by LC-MS. In this paper, the stripping extraction conditions were optimized with orthogonal experimental design method and the optimum stripping extraction conditions of Phellodendron Amurense and Flos Sophorae dyed silk fabrics were established. The results indicate that the optimum extraction conditions of Phellodendron Amurense are as follows: CH3 OH extracting agent with hydrochloric acid content of 0. 19%, 80 ℃ for 60 min. For Flos Sephora, the extraction efficiency is the highest under the following conditions:65℃, VCH3OH︰VH2O(65︰35) extracting agent without adding hydrochloric acid for 90 min. The repeatability and stability of this method are good. By comparing the traditional method and the stripping extraction method used in this experiment, we find the stripping efficiency of this method can be 9 times higher than that of the traditional stripping method, and this method greatly improves the stripping efficiency.%采用一种低酸度充氮气密封加压并且适当加热的方法进行植物染料染色丝织品的剥色提取,利用LC-MS鉴定了植物染料的主要有效成分,并借助正交实验设计的方法对剥色提取条件进行了优化,确立了黄檗、槐米染色丝织品的最佳剥色条件。结果表明:黄檗的最佳剥色条件为盐酸质量分数0.19%的CH3OH提取液,80℃恒温提取60 min;槐米在65℃,不添加盐酸,VCH3OH︰VH2O为65︰35的提取液中提取90 min效率最高。方法重复性、稳定性良好。通过对比传统方法与实验中所用的剥色提取方法,发现该方法剥色效率最高可达传统方法的9倍多,明显提高了剥色效率。
