Learning is a life-long course.The ultimate aim of education is training and making learners become decision-making persons;the metacognitive strategies are positive methods for learners to arrange,control and regulate their assignment.In English study,mastering a kind of strategy helps learners fulfill their task more perfectly.%学习是一个伴随终身的过程,教育的终极目标是培养学生的学习自主性,使他们成为自主学习者;元认知策略是学习者对学习任务进行积极安排、监督和调节的方法,英语学习中,掌握元认知策略有助于学习者更好地完成学习任务。
