陕甘宁边区民主选举互动研究--以立法设计和新闻宣传为契入点

摘要

To win the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the Communist Party of China proposed to establish the Anti-Japanese National United Front in the border regions of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia, formulated the democratic election institution to ensure the equal participation of patriotic personages, and, through publicity of various means, put the grass-root democratic election into favorable practice. Responding positively to governments of Border Regions, people of all walks of life participated in democratic election, joining enthusiastically in the management of State affairs in different forms, which not only provided excellent experience for subsequent democratic election, but also set a good example for today‘s socialist deliberative democracy.%为了取得抗日战争的胜利，中国共产党在陕甘宁边区提出了建立抗日民族统一战线的主张，制定了保证爱国群众平等参与的民主选举制度，并利用各种媒体进行宣传动员，推动了基层民主选举的有益实践。社会各阶层群众响应边区政府号召，积极参与民主选举，通过各种形式踊跃参政议政，形成了良好的互动局面。这既为后来的民主选举实践提供了很好的经验，也为当今进行社会主义协商民主建设提供了很好的范例。
