活化煤系高岭土对生活污水中有机物的吸附性能研究

     

摘要

On the effect that the organic matter in the municipal wastewater was adsorpted by sulfuric acid activated coal-series kaohne.In the present work,L9 was used to study the influences of the liqnid-sohd ratio that was the municipal wastewater to the coal-series()kaoline,the time of soak,the concentration of sulfuric acid and the time of drying.The result showed when the liquid-solid ratio was 50 ml/g,the time of soak was 4 h,the concentration of sulfuric acid was 70% and the time of drying was 120 min,the adsorption rate that the organic matter in the municipal wastewater was adsorpte() by sulfuric acid coal-series kaoline was the highest.The primary and secondary order that adsorptial rate had been affected by every facto() was the time of soak,the time of drying,the concentration of sulfuric acid and the liquid-solid ratio.%利用L9(34)正交实验考察了城市生活污水与活化煤系高岭土的液固比、浸泡时间、硫酸浓度、烘干时间对活化煤系高岭土吸附城市生活污水中有机物的影响.结果表明,液固比为50 mL/g,浸泡时间为4h,硫酸体积分数为70%,烘干时间为120 min时,为活化煤系高岭土对城市生活污水中有机物的吸附率的最优组合,且各因素对煤系高岭土吸附城市生活污水中有机物的影响主次顺序为浸泡时间、烘干时间、硫酸体积分数、液固比.
