创新大学生党员联系服务群众平台实证研究--以辽宁大学药学院党员“健康宣讲团”为例

摘要

密切联系群众、服务群众是党章对每个党员的要求，大学生党员联系服务群众能力的高低，直接关系到党的执政能力的强弱。正确分析和处理当前高校大学生党员联系服务群众平台建设存在的问题，提升大学生党员群众工作能力，是当前高校党建工作的重要任务。结合辽宁大学药学院党员“健康宣讲团”的工作实践，得出从党建与专业相结合、理论与实践相结合、组织培养与自我教育相结合、队伍建设与制度建设相结四个角度创新大学生党员服务群众的平台建设的结论。%The capability of collegian Party members to link and serve the public is directly related to the leadership competence of the Party .Thus, it is a significant task for the Party building in universities to improve the students'capability in order to accurately analyze and properly handle the problems existed in constructing the platform for collegian Party members to link and serve the masses .Combined with the practice of Party members'Health Team from the College of Pharmacy in Liaoning University , the conclu-sion could be drawn from four perspectives , namely , to combine Party building with profession , to con-nect theory with practice , to integrate organization training with self learning , to join team building with system construction .All the four aspects contribute to the innovation of the platform for collegian Party members to link and serve the masses .
