引信防止漏装隔爆件的零部件称重方法

摘要

漏装隔爆件会造成引信安全系统失效，必须有可靠的方法确保引信装有隔爆件，通过称量获得检验合格的各零部件约100组质量数据，对其分布参数进行拟合。而后随机生成符合该参数的随机数作为零部件质量，将零部件质量相加得到漏装隔爆件、装有隔爆件及漏装隔爆件但误多装其他零部件的引信质量范围，给出了判定引信必然装有隔爆件的方法。模拟结果表明，该方法可行且不会浪费零部件。%Fuze safety system would be failed without the interrupter.There must be a reliable method to ensure that fuzes are assembled with interrupter.Each component was weighted with the quantity of nearly 100,after that,the distribution parameters of them were fitted.Mass data of component were generated by computer following the distribution fitted above.Masses of certain component were added together to get the mass range of fuze lacking interrupter,fuze assembled with interrupter and fuze lacking interrupter but miss assembled with redundant components,a method was given to make sure that the fuze was assembled with interrupter.Simulation results show that the method is feasible and would not waste components.
