猪血清转铁蛋白含量遗传力估测及与生长性状相关性分析

摘要

用总铁结合量法测定二花脸、长白、大约克、大二、长大仔猪血清转铁蛋白含量，并用SAS分析处理数据。结果显示：仔猪血清转铁蛋白含量与猪的品种有关，血清转铁蛋白含量与体重、日增重等生长性状间表型相关显著，遗传相关、遗传力为中等程度。%Tf Concertration of piglets serum were quantitated in Erhualian,Yorkshire, Landrace, Y×E, Y×L. All of them were tested with TIBC (total iron-binding capacity) technique. All data were analysed in SAS (statical analysis systerm). The result shows that Tf concertration in different groups piglets serum are significant diversity. The phenotypic correlations between Tf concertration and piglets weight, daily gain is remarkable. The genetic correlation between them and the heritability analysis of Tf concertration are the middle.
