合作学习中的搭便车现象及解决策略--基于市场调查课堂小组学习的实证研究

摘要

搭便车现象会降低合作学习过程中学生学习的积极性，影响了合作学习教学方法的教学效果。在市场调查课程中采用合作学习的教学手段，通过问卷调查方式对合作学习中搭便车现象进行实证研究。研究证实，利己动机与搭便车行为成负相关关系，不利己动机与搭便车行为成正相关关系。明确课程教学目标、优化课程任务设计，在合作学习过程中给予充分的指导，培养组成员之间的互赖感能有效抑制搭便车现象的发生。%Free-rider phenomena will reduce the learning enthusiasm of students in the process of cooperative learning. In the course of Marketing Research, cooperative learning groups are used, and the free-riding problem is studied em-pirically with the help of questionnaires. Studies confirm that egoistic motivation shows negative correlation with free riding behavior, while altruistic motivation shows positive correlation. Clarifying the teaching goal, optimizing the task design, giving full of guidance in the process of cooperative learning, enhancing students' sense of interdependence be-tween the group members can effectively inhibit free-rider phenomena in cooperative learning.
