“师徒制”教学模式研究与实践

摘要

Mold design and manufacturing specialty of Hubei Industrial Polytechnic began Modern Apprenticeship teaching reform in 2014. Master-Apprentice teaching mode is one of the main contents. This article describes the practice of master-apprentice teaching mode reform in mold design and manufacturing specialty ,and analyzed the conditions for the implementation of apprentice teaching mode,and discussed direction and problems of deepening master-apprentice teaching mode reform and proposed solutions and measures to the problem.%2014年，湖北工业职业技术学院模具设计与制造专业开展现代学徒制教学改革，“师徒制”教学模式改革是其中的主要内容之一。本文介绍了模具专业开展“师徒制”教学模式改革的实践，对实施“师徒制”教学模式需要的条件进行了分析，探讨了深化“师徒制”教学模式改革的方向和存在的问题，提出了解决问题的方法和措施。
