对转桨非定常性能的CFD模拟

     

摘要

As part of a series study on the CFD modeling of contra-rotating propeller performances,a simulation method for the unsteady interaction between forward and aft propellers is presented in this paper by using the sliding mesh model. Numerical simulations are carried out for two sets of CRPs with different combinations of blade numbers and operating in open-water condition. The time-averages of predicted unsteady thrust and torque are compared with their experimental counterparts. The effect of unsteadiness in forward-aft blade interaction is investigated through comparison of results obtained from the quasi-steady multiple reference frame and unsteady sliding mesh models. It is found that the unsteady model yields more accurate time-averages and fluctuation amplitudes in both thrust and torque because it takes into account the impingement of the forward propellet's trailing vortex on the aft propeller.%作为对转桨性能CFD计算研究的一部分,文章基于滑移网格模型,建立了前、后桨非定常相互作用的数值模拟方法,对两型具有不同叶数组合的对转桨进行了敞水条件的计算研究,将非定常推力、扭矩的时间平均值与相应的模型试验值进行了对比.通过非定常滑移面模型与定常多参考系模型(准定常模型)的计算结果之比较,研究了前、后桨相互作用非定常性对水动力的影响,发现:由于考虑了前桨尾涡对后桨桨叶的撞击作用,非定常模型能够比准定常模型更加精确地预报推力及扭矩的时间平均值及脉动量幅值.
