大学精神文化的蕴育及对人才培养的实践意义——以石家庄铁道大学为例

The culture of university spirit is the core element of university culture.It is the collective value orientation and psychological pursuit developed in the long process of university history.As a powerful spiritual force,the culture of university spirit is characterized by its strong appealing,rallying and cohering force.It has an irreplaceable and imperceptible effect on personnel education in the university.Taking Shijiazhuang Tiedao University as an example,this paper analyses the connotations,features and developing process of university spirit culture and its practical significance.%大学精神文化是大学文化的核心要素,是大学在长期办学历程中逐渐形成的群体价值取向和心理追求。大学精神文化作为一种强大的精神力量,具有很强的感染力、号召力和凝聚力,它以其自身特有的方式在学校人才培养中发挥着不可替代的、潜移默化的作用。以石家庄铁道大学为例,诠释了大学精神文化的内涵、特征、蕴育过程及对人才培养的实践意义。
