党群关系视角下群体性事件的生成逻辑与治理路径研究

摘要

从党群关系的视角研究群体性事件符合中国的政治逻辑.党群关系"异化"会对社会产生重大冲击,主要表现为能够产生社会矛盾和加剧社会结构紧张.虽然社会变迁、社会结构、社会具体制度是引起群体性事件的历史、现实和制度性根源,但党群的政治关系是群体性事件生成与否的重大逻辑.密切党群关系有助于群体性事件的治理.应该着重从加强执政党自身建设、密切党群关系的制度建设、群众利益的保障和发展机制等三个方面入手,在发展党群关系中实现群体性事件的治理.%Studying group events from the perspective of the party-the mass relationship is in accordance with the China politics context.The "alienation" between party and the mass may cause huge impact on society, such as social conflicts or the social structure tension.Social changes, social structure, and social system are the roots of group events.However, the political relationship between party and the mass may represent its generating logic.The close ties between the party and the mass can help manage group events;we should realize the management of group events in development relationship between the party and the people from three aspects: strengthening party construction, reinforcing systems of party-the mass relationship, and ensuring the benefits and development of the mass.
