CRTSⅡ型轨道板CA砂浆灌浆施工技术

摘要

CA mortar grouting of model CRTSⅡ ballastless track plate is a major procedure for the fixation,edge sealing and vertical connection of the track plate.Because of the differences of raw material composition and function of CA mortar in laying model CRTSI and model CRTSII tracks,different important points should be paid attention to during the construction.In China,the application and research of CA mortar is still in its infancy,there are many practical problems which are still in need of discussionand effective solution.This paper will provide some solutions to the problem of flaws like bubble,through hole and layering in the grouting construction.%CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道CA砂浆灌浆是进行轨道板固定及封边和纵向连接之间的一道大工序。由于CA砂在CRTSⅠ和CRTSⅡ轨道的铺设中原料组成和性能的不同,从而施工中需要注意的难点也不同,我国对CA砂浆的研究应用还处在起步阶段,因此许多实际问题需要探讨,寻找有效的解决方法。就实际灌浆施工中出现的气泡、贯穿孔、分层等施工质量缺陷给出一定的解决办法。
