根据深圳市环境统计数据和工业废水数据中的典型电镀企业,划分了电镀行业六价铬的6种四同组合,通过产排污数据分析计算得出了每种四同组合的产排污系数。历史监测数据和实测数据验证校核,证明了该产排污系数的科学性和合理性。六价铬产排污系数的完善能够为建立电镀行业重金属核查核算体系提供重要依据,同时对涉重金属行业六价铬的总量控制具有重要的实际意义。%Based on the statistics and industrial wastewater data of typical electroplating enterprises in Shenzhen, these enterprises are divided into six kinds of four combinations of hexavalent chromium, and pollutants production and blow down coefficient of each combination is acquired. Based on previous monitoring data and the measured data, the pollutants production and blowdown coefficient is checked and verified. The improvement on pollutants production and blowdown coefficient of hexavalent chromium is vital for developing heavy metal checking and measuring system. Meanwhile, the study is of great practical significance for control of total amount of hexavalent chromium in industries dealing with heavy metals.
