采用乳液聚合法制备一种甲基丙烯甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯改性的高岭土复合粒子,并通过表面接触角、沉降体积、红外光谱、热重分析等对其进行分析表征;将该复合粒子与硬质聚氯乙烯( U-PVC)制备成复合材料,研究改性高岭土复合粒子对U-PVC复合材料力学性能、毛细管流变性能、耐热性能等的影响.实验结果表明:高岭土经乳液聚合法改性后由亲水性变成疏水性,随着改性高岭土复合粒子的加入,U-PVC复合体系的刚性和耐热性能逐渐提高,当改性高岭土复合粒子的用量为8份时,U-PVC复合材料的抗冲击性能最好;适量的改性高岭土复合粒子可有效改善PVC基体和填料间的界面亲和性.%Kaolin was graft-modified by MMA and BA using emulsion polymerization method, then blended the composite particles with PVC matrix. The effect of the content of modified kaolin composite particles on the mechanical properties and rheological properties and thermal performances of PVC com-posites were investigated. The modification results were characterized by contact angle,sediment volume, FT-IR and TG. The experimental results showed that the modulus and heat-resisting abilities of PVC com-posite were dramatically improved when modified kaolin hybrid particles were added into the PVC matrix. The right amount of modified kaolin can effectively improve the interfacial compatibility between the filler and PVC matrix.
