制备了钼钒改性高岭土催化剂,采用红外光谱 (FTIR)、X射线衍射分析 (XRD)及差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)手段对催化剂进行了表征,并将催化剂用于电化学处理焦化废水中.研究表明:高岭土经改性后,高岭土中的Al-O八面体结构部分被破坏,Al-O-Si的伸缩振动发生畸变形成了Si-O-Mo或Si-O-V键,使得高岭土的层间距显著增大;改性高岭土负载铁离子电化学处理焦化废水,pH值为4时,COD去除率达到84%.%The catalyst was preparated and characterized by FTIR,XRD and TG-DTA.The Treatment of coking wastewater catalyzed by modified kaolin in the electrochemical reactor were also studied.The results indicated that,the Mo and V are introduced into the layer of kaolin through chemical bonds Si-O-Mo or Si-O-V.It also found that the modified kaolin loaded Fe3+had electrochemical catalytic activity for the electrochemical degradation coking wastewater in pH 4.Its COD removal could reach up to 84%.
