2-萘酚单一污染对大白菜种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

酚类化合物作为重要的化工原料,毒性较强且不易被生物降解.因其难以被常规废水处理工程全部去除,所以,成为我国水环境中较常见的污染物.本文以大白菜种子为供试农作物,研究2-萘酚对其发芽率以及幼苗生长的毒害效应.结果表明:2-萘酚单一污染对大白菜种子发芽率、芽长和根伸长的生态毒性敏感程度依次为:根伸长>芽长>发芽率.研究结果为进一步研究有机污染的生态毒性提供基础资料.%Phenolic compounds are toxic and difficult to be biodegraded as important chemical materi-als. Because they are difficult to be removed completely by the conventional wastewater treatment works, they become a common pollutant in Chinese water environment. This paper investigated the eco-toxicity effects of single pollution of 2-naphthol on seed germination rate and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage. The results indicated that the eco-toxicity sensibility followed the order of root elongation >shoot elonga-tion >germinating rate. The results provide basic information for further study of organic pollution eco-toxicity.
