Classroom teaching is always the major method for a university to execute personnel training and graduates self- development (including knowledge, skills qualities, etc. ); it normally through the interactive actions between teachers and students to reach the educational goals and improve the educational qualities of university. Here, by the application of game theory it analysis the problems of teachers, students and management existing in classroom teaching and management, and based on the "like for like" idea of "cooperative play" to discuss the reform necessary to classroom teaching management and policies.
