寄蝇亚科部分物种线粒体COl基因DNA条形码分类

         

摘要

DNA条形码分类(DNA Barcoding)是以生物线粒体DNA为工具来鉴定物种的新方法,是外来物种快速鉴定、物种分类与系统发育和进化分析的基础.研究以我国辽宁地区常见的寄蝇亚科(双翅目:寄蝇科)2族4属6种为对象,扩增和测定COI基因部分序列,对得到数据用MEGA4软件分析计算,构建该类群分子系统发育树.分析表明:寄蝇亚科6物种的DNA条形码分类与形态学分类的结果一致,可以用COI基因探讨寄蝇科、亚科、族、属、种分类单元的系统发育和进化关系;DNA条形码是生物系统分类和进化研究分子水平上的依据.%DNA barcoding is a kind of new method using mtDNA to identify of species, and is also the basis of biological fast identification, classification, phytogeny and evolution analysis. In this study, parts of GOI gene in 6 species 4 genera 2 tribes of Tachininae (Diptera, Tachinidae) from Liaoning Province, China were amplified and sequenced. The sequences of COI were analyzed and phylogenetic trees of those species were constructed by use of MEGA4 software. The result revealed that DNA barcoding is consistent with morphological taxonomy of the tachinid species, and the phylogenetic and evolutionary relationships of the category (family, subfamily, tribe, genus, species) of Tachinidae can be well explained by COI gene sequences. Molecular systematics based on DNA barcoding is an important mark of biological systematics and evolution.
