碳酸钙晶须填充改性聚丙烯的性能研究

         

摘要

As a single-crystal and fibrous material, calcium carbonate whiskers possess excellent properties such as structural integrity, high strength, thermal stability and lower price, and they have been become a new kind of polymeric additive. When calcium carbonate whiskers are filled in polymer material, they nan improve the strength and toughness of the matrix. They can reduce the costs of the composites as well. Calcium carbonate whiskers were deal with NDZ-102 titanate coupling agent, and then filled into polypropylene to prepare the composites. The influence factors on the mechanical properties of the composites such as the proportion of coupling agent and the content of calcium carbonate whisker were studied. The results indicated that the composite showed better mechanical performance when the proportion of coupling agent and the content of calcium carbonate whisker was 1.25% and 10% respectively, The corresponding tensile stress and bending stress were 20. 1 MPa and 37.4MPa .%作为高分子材料的新型填充剂,碳酸钙晶须具有强度高、价格低廉、热稳定性好等优点,将其填充于高分子材料中,不仅能保留高分子材料的主要特性,还能通过晶须的增强、增韧等优势改善材料的性能,降低材料的成本.采用NDZ-102钛酸酯偶联剂对碳酸钙晶须进行表面处理,然后将处理后的碳酸钙晶须填充到聚丙烯中,分别研究了NDZ-102钛酸酯偶联剂的用量以及碳酸钙晶须的填充量对复合材料的力学性能的影响.结果表明:在NDZ-102钛酸酯偶联剂用量为1.25%,碳酸钙晶须的填充量为10%时,复合材料表现出了良好的力学性能,拉伸应力和弯曲应力分别为20.1和37.4MPa.
