高渗透乳化沥青渗透性能研究

     

摘要

The penetrating quality of high penetration emulsified asphalt on semi-rigid base layer was studied to find out the optimal spreading time and quantity of high penetration emulsified asphalt. We simulated the construction field, molded the cement stabilized specimen by rutting test mould, sprinkled the priming oil on the specimen,and detected the osmotic effect. Then we analyze the effect of the base layer curing period, spreading temperature, curing temperature, spread quantity to the osmotic effect. The results indicated that the penetration depth in the semi-rigid cement stabilized base layer increases with the growth of the spread quantity, which can reach about 14mm. When the spread quantity reaches a certain depth, the situation will change,for as the spreading time delayed,the internal structure of the pavement turns more and more compact, and the penetration depth decreases. It is just 3mm after the base layer built seven days later. And the base curing temperature and priming asphalt spreading temperature effect the penetration little. We can draw the conclusion that the osmotic effect of the high penetration emulsified asphalt could satisfy the requirement of the Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements(JTG F40-2004) .which canresolve the problem that emulsified bitumen cannot infiltrate the dense cement stabilized macadam.%目的 研究高渗透乳化沥青在半刚性基层上的渗透性能,寻求高渗透乳化沥青透层油的最佳洒布时间、最佳洒布量.方法 模拟施工现场,采用车辙试模成型水稳试件,在其表面喷洒透层油,进行渗透效果检测.分析基层养生龄期、洒布温度、养生温度、洒布量等因素对渗透效果的影响.结果 在半刚性水稳基层上其渗透深度随撒布量的增加而增加,最大可以达到14 mm.当洒布量达到一定深度以后,随着洒布量的增加其渗透深度基本不变.随着养生龄期的增长,基层内部结构越来愈致密,高渗沥青的渗透深度越来越小,在基层成型7d后其渗透深度只有3mm.而基层养生温度及透层油洒布温度对渗透深度的影响很小.结论 高渗透乳化沥青渗透效果能够满足《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40 -2004)的要求,解决了普通乳化沥青无法渗入致密水泥稳定碎石基层的问题.
