目的 对液体进行快速运送时,有效抑制液面的晃动,保证产品质量和生产安全.方法 利用拉格朗日法建立液体运送时的数学模型,采用PID控制器抑制液面的残留晃动,利用遗传算法优化PID参数,设计模糊自适应控制器对PID参数进行自整定.结果 采用模糊控制后,液面最大晃角与无控制时相比,减小70%,且只在起动和制动时有微小晃动,其他时间内液面均保持平稳,有效地抑制了液面的残留晃动.结论 模糊PID控制器具有精度高、反应快、适应性强的特点,能实现对液面晃动的良好控制.%In this paper,Lagrange method is employed to derive the model of liquid surface sloshing for liquid surface sloshing problem in liquid delivery.Simulation results indicate that when the input signal is the rectangular wave voltage,the liquid surface has a great deal of residual sloshing.PID feedback control algorithm is applied in order to curb the residual sloshing.Genetic algorithms are used to optimize PID parameters.An intelligent controller with fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters is designed.The simulation results show that the designed fuzzy self-tuning PID controller can eliminate the liquid surface sloshing more,it can improve the performance of the system more than conventional controllers; and it possesses the advantages of PID controller for high-precision,fast,adaptable and fuzzy controller features.
