浅析社会工作专业实习中的伦理困境--基于高校与学生之间相互影响视角

摘要

Social work ethics is ethical principles that the professional social workers should follow when they practice professional values. Social work professional practice ethics is ethical conflicts that a professional social work student needs to be solved in practice. Currently professional practice ethics is relatively blank fields in the domestic colleges and universities,College students have often ignored how to grasp and deal with the ethics of professional practice. From the perspective of interaction between university and student,this paper is going to explore ethical issues encoun-tered in professional social work practice and corresponding countermeasures,to promote the development of domestic social work ethics education and provide some reference.%社会工作伦理是社工践行专业价值观所遵循的伦理原则，而社会工作专业实习伦理是社会工作专业学生在实践中需要解决的伦理冲突。目前专业实习伦理是国内高校专业教育体系中相对空白的研究领域，高校学生在实习过程中也往往忽略了对专业实习伦理的把握和应对。为此将从高校与学生之间相互影响视角出发，探讨社会工作专业实习中遇到的伦理议题和相应的解决对策，为更好推动国内社会工作伦理教育发展提供一些借鉴。
