新时期大学生就业价值取向变化特点及引导

     

摘要

就业价值取向反映了新时期大学生在就业问题上的价值选择和目标追求。面对日趋严峻的就业形势,大学生的就业观念也在不断发生变化。通过分析调研数据可以看出,现今大学生存在就业观趋于理性,就业意向多元化和就业意识自我化的倾向。因此,需要强化对大学生就业价值取向的正确引导和教育,理性审视择业要求,并采取有效措施,切实解决好大学生的就业问题。%Employment value orientation reflects the value choice and objective pursuit on the issue of employ-ment of university students in New Era. Facing increasingly severe employment situation, university students employment concept is constantly changing. Through the survey data analysis, the conclusion can be easily drawn that university students employment attitude tends to be rational,diversified employment intention,em-ployment consciousness and self oriented tendency. We need to strengthen the correct guidance and education on university students′ employment value orientation, and take effective measures to solve the employment problem of university students.
