中小企业融资瓶颈突破研究

摘要

针对现阶段中小企业有效的市场化融资体系难以在短期内建立的现状，提出由政府牵头，中小企业自主建立非银行金融机构，广泛利用民间游资，开拓融资渠道，寻找中小企业融资瓶颈的突破口。%　　Against the difficulty of building up an effective market financing system in a short term for small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper considers it feasible to establish non-bank financial institutions by small and medium-sized enterprises under the guidance of the government.
