新建本科高校大学生党员队伍建设的若干思考——以三明学院为例

摘要

大学生党员队伍建设是高校党建工作的重要内容。文章以新建的本科高校———三明学院为例,在对大学生党员队伍建设状况进行调研和分析存在问题的基础上,提出了四个方面对策：高标准严要求,确保党员队伍的质量;实施＂堡垒工程＂,加强学生党支部建设;强化教育管理,不断增强党员意识;尊重党员主体地位,发挥先锋模范作用。%Team construction of student Party members is an important part of the Party construction work in universities.This paper presents a case study of Sanming University,a newly established university.On the basis of research into the present construction status of student party members,and analysis of the existing problems,four countermeasures are advanced：a）setting high standards and demands for the team quality;b）implementing ＂fort project＂ for the branch construction;c）consolidating education and administration for strengthening the consciousness and;d）holding the party principal part in esteem for full play of model functions.
