金锑矿浮选锑粗选工序参数相关性分析

摘要

采集了金锑矿浮选锑粗选工序5种主要药物(硫酸铜、硝酸铅、黄药、2号油、黑药)的添加记录及对应的泡沫图像特征值(稳定度、灰度值、R均值、G均值、B均值、平均尺寸、偏斜度、尺寸方差)作为工况参数。参数相关性分析结果显示：硫酸铜、黄药、黑药之间，灰度值、R均值、G均值、B均值之间，以及平均尺寸、尺寸方差之间存在很强的相关性；为降低系统分析与控制的复杂度，可将工况参数削减为：硫酸铜+黄药+黑药、硝酸铅、2号油、平均尺寸、偏斜度、尺寸方差。%The additive amount of 5 kinds of main reagents of gold and antimony flotation roughing process,including copper sulfate,lead nitrate,xanthate,2# oil,and aerofloat,were collected with corresponding bubble characteristic values,such as stability,gray value,R component mean,G component mean,B component mean,average size,skewness and size variance. The collected data were taken as condition control parameters. Parameter correlation analysis showed that the correlation between copper sulfate,xanthate and aerofloat ,and the correlation between gray value, R component mean, G component mean, B component mean, average size and size variance are strong. In order to decrease the system complexity of analysis and control, the solution of reducing condition control parameters, including copper sulfate + xanthate + aerofloat, lead nitrate, 2 # oil, average size,skewness and size variance,is suggested.
