中国社会文化背景下 BEM 性别角色量表的信度和效度分析--以广州某大学大学生及社区居民为例

摘要

In order to explore the reliability and validity of Bem sex role inventory ( BSRI ) under the Chinese social cultural background , we investigated 401 students from a university in Guangzhou and 221 community members . The Reliability and Validity include item -total correlation coefficient , split-half reliability, test-retest reliability, internal consistency reliability , construct validity and criterion validity .The results confirmed that the Chinese version of BSRI shows good reliability and validity , and meets the needs of psychometric properties .It may be used in measurement of gender roles in China .%本研究调查了436名大学生与221名社区居民，旨在中国社会文化背景下，检验BEM性别角色量表（ Bem sex role inventory ， BSRI ）的信度和效度，包括条目－总分相关、分半信度、重测信度、内部一致性信度、结构效度、校标效度。研究结果证实， Bem性别角色量表具有较好的信度和效度，符合心理测量学的要求，可以在我国用于性别角色测量的研究。
