新形势下区域经济发展极形成因素与培育对策

城市化模式选择、区划调整、产业集聚区构建、自贸区设立等是现时代培育区域经济发展极的重大战略举措.文章以此为背景探讨新形势下影响区域经济发展极的基本要素,具有竞争力的企业、历史文化、规模经济优势和外部环境等不同程度影响着区域经济发展极的形成,围绕这些环节提出培育对策.%The choice of the urbanization mode, the adjustment of zoning, the configuration of industrial agglomeration areas and the establishment of free trade zones are the important strategic measures for the cultivation of regional economic development poles of to-day. On this basis, the paper discusses the fundamental elements affecting the regional economic development poles against the backdrop of the new situation and finds that competitive enterprises, culture and history, the advantages of large-scale economy and the external environment combined affect the formation of regional economic development poles. Accordingly, the paper propo-ses the countermeasures.
