一种新型隔离开关无线视频喷油清扫一体化装置

摘要

Aimed at the problem of the extension of substation maintenance cycle, the present paper analyzes the current problems existing in isolation switch repairing. Targeted at the problems of the jamming of inter-pin and drive shaft caused by the dry of the lubricating fluid ( grease ) in the actual repairing work for the isolation switch, this paper endeavors to design and manufacture a new type of wireless video injection cleaning integrated device for isolation switch to achieve the visual control of the integrated test of the electrified state of the isolated switch. Operators on the ground can lubricate the JAM parts of isolation switch and clean the moving contact, thus carrying out a full range of video surveillance for the job process. This device helps improve the working effi-ciency and eliminate security risks in the process of practical repairing work.%针对当前变电站检修周期延长的问题，分析了当前隔离开关在检修中存在的问题。针对实际检修工作中隔离开关存在的润滑液(脂)干涸而导致的传动轴、销间干结而卡涩的问题，提出并设计制造了一种新型隔离开关无线视频喷油清扫一体化装置，实现了隔离开关带电常态化综合试验的可视化控制，操作人员在地电位即可对的隔离开关卡涩部件进行加油润滑并对动触头进行清洗，并可对作业过程进行全方位视频监视，提高了工作效率并消除了带电作业过程中的安全隐患。
