在参照现有的文献和数据可得性基础上,选取就业率、平均起薪、专业对口率、单位性质、工作岗位层次作为评价指标,可以运用主成份分析方法构建起高校就业质量评价模型,并进行实例分析。研究结果表明:运用主成份分析方法构建的高校就业质量评价模型对就业质量进行评价,是较为可行的、准确的,比较符合实际情况。%In the light of the reference and date availability,using the employment ratio,average initial salary,professional counterpart ratio,unit character,job level,as the evaluation indices,the colleges and universities employment quality evaluation model is based upon the principal component analysis.The results indicate that the model is reasonable and precise for colleges and universities employment quality evaluation.
